| 英文摘要 | 当下，我国正处于传统社会向现代社会转型的过程中，各种社会矛盾、社会问题愈加突出。在这个背景下，社会治理作为国家治理能力的重要组成部分，更加受到广泛关注。社区是现代社会的基本单元，处于各种社会矛盾的交汇点，为国家和民众互动提供基本界面。因此，对社区治理能力可以看成是国家治理能力和国家治理体系现代化的逻辑起点。通过社区治理能力的评估，可以在基层开展自查和互查，保证社区一般能力在正常运行的基础上，开拓共建共荣、守望相助的协同氛围，挖掘潜在的、核心的治理能力。 目前，国内的研究比较集中于社区评估，国外较多关注社区能力评估，两条线索梳理下来发现，学界对社区治理能力评估的研究相对较少。本文在对社区治理...; Previously, our country is moving forward towards modern society, which means varieties kinds of social contradictions and problems surface during the whole process.
