| 英文摘要 | 改革开放以来，我国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，我国政府也不断致力于提高居民的主观幸福感。然而，发展经济与提高居民幸福感的过程中，我国并没有能够避开伊斯特林悖论。收入的提高并没有带来居民幸福感的直线上升，而是出现了拐点，居民主观幸福感的提升遇到了瓶颈。 本文将相对贫困理论、可行能力剥夺理论以及增能理论相结合，利用国家社科基金重点项目“社会质量视角下的社会建设研究”课题组在厦门所采集的数据，探讨了能力与主观幸福感之间的关系，得出了个人能力与社区建设对于居民主观幸福感具有显著影响的结论。 全文分四个部分，第一部分为绪论，阐述了研究背景、研究意义、研究目的以及研究方法,对相关理论进行阐述并对核心...; Under the background of the blooming in economic development since the reform and opening, the Chinese government is now devoted in improving the residents’ subjective-well-being.
