| 英文摘要 | 随着市场经济的进一步发展和城市化不断加快，党员流动性加强。为进一步加强党员的管理和服务，各地方党组织纷纷建立社区党员服务中心，这对于强化党组织和党员的联系以及服务党员发挥着重要作用。但在新形势下，一方面，社区党员服务中心仍然习惯采用传统的方式方法管理和服务党员；另一方面，党员在新的生态环境中面临环境适应、生态系统重构、个人成长与发展等问题。如此，社区党员服务中心很难有效吸引社区党员参与管理和服务，党员参与党组织活动缺乏积极性，党组织的凝聚力得不到突显。 本文在梳理社区党员服务中心以及社会工作介入党建工作等相关研究的基础上，采用个案研究法，以深圳市A社区党员服务中心为例，运用系统理论解剖梳理社...; With the continuous development of market economy and the accelerating urbanization,the liquidity to party members is strengthening.
