| 英文摘要 | 近年来游艇作为现代人健康、品味休闲生活的载体在我国蓬勃发展起来,我国政府为引导、推动该产业的健康发展，在游艇设计制造、销售、使用安全等方面制定了相关的管理政策，填补了我国游艇产业发展的政策空白，对行业发展起到积极作用。但由于起步晚，缺乏经验，现行的相关政策在执行中未能达到良好的管理效果，政策存在的问题进而成为了产业发展的瓶颈。 本文从游艇产业的基本概念、行业特征和发展背景入手，以产业链的方向为研究线索，首先对我国现行的游艇产业政策进行梳理，依据政策内容、涉及主体将其归纳为游艇检验登记政策、游艇税收政策、游艇海上安全管理政策三大部分，并依次对各部分的政策内容进行简述。而后，对于目前国内缺少系统...; In recent years the yacht industry develops fast in our country as a carrier of healthy and leisure life.
