| 英文摘要 | 习近平总书记在谈到实现中国梦时指出，要让全体中国人民“共同享有人生出彩的机会，共同享有梦想成真的机会”。职业梦是中国梦的组成部分，然而目前社会上广泛存在着“拼爹”的不公平行为，严重阻碍了高校毕业生实现自己的“职业梦”。与此同时，当前学术界更多关注家庭背景对教育机会的影响，且主要集中于应届毕业生群体，很少关注到已经进入劳动力市场的高校毕业生群体。那家庭背景对高校毕业生职业发展的影响到底有多大？在我国，为什么“拼爹行为”尤为明显？这背后的制度性原因值得去深入探讨。 基于上述现实背景和现有文献的情况，本文选取在XM工作2008-2012届高校毕业生为研究对象，对家庭背景和职业发展的关系进行实证考察...; General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of “Chinese dream” that everyone should have the opportunity to live their lives to the fullest and to realize their dreams.
