| 英文摘要 | 当前，我国高校二级学院的发展还处于初级阶段，管理比较粗放，尤其是教学管理出现的问题比较多。通过对二级学院教学管理的问题进行分析，并提出相应的对策，对改善教学管理具有很好的现实意义。 本文在文献研究的基础上，以钱江学院为研究案例，采用问卷调查的方法，对钱江学院二级学院的教学管理现状进行了调查和评价。通过对钱江学院二级学院教学管理在教学质量与教学管理、管理制度建设、人才培养管理、科研管理、现代信息化系统的运用及教学业绩的考核等方面的评价分析发现，整体而言，钱江学院的二级学院教学管理仍然处于相对较低的水平。在教学管理上的问题表现在：管理体制不完善、缺乏教学管理权力、教学资源浪费、科研水平受限、教学...; At present, the development of the two colleges of our country is still in the primary stage, the management is quite extensive, especially the teaching management is more and more.
