| 英文摘要 | 桑德尔所构建的理论主要由对价值中立的批判以及政治哲学观两个部分组成，前者让他以自由主义批判者的面貌出现，奠定了他在学术界的理论地位，后者则更像是一种针对美国公共领域现实问题的“纠错”，不过这一“纠错”在“哲学化”的框架下并不将具体的制度构建作为任务。同时，由于这两大主体理论所关注的领域之间存在距离，我们在探讨桑德尔的思想时往往将两者分开。这样的方式虽然能够让我们细化桑德尔的理论，但却不利于从整体上把握一名学者的思想。通过初步分析可知，这两大主体理论实际上存在逻辑关联。因此，本文以桑德尔当前所倡导的公共哲学观为起点，通过倒序的研究策略，尝试找出桑德尔两大主体理论之间的内在关联，尽可能还原他各部分...; Michael J.
