| 英文摘要 | 随着当前国际国内形势复杂多变，犯罪现象日趋多样化、智能化，监狱工 作面临更加严峻的挑战。完善监狱警察职业生涯发展，能够有效提升民警胜任 力，提高工作绩效，保障监狱组织目标的实现。职业生涯管理是现代人力资源 管理的重要内容之一，近年来为我国公务员管理所重视。监狱警察作为我国公 务员的组成部分，其职业生涯状况还存在着许多制约因素，既影响了监狱警察 个人职业发展，又不利于推动监狱工作。本文以Z监狱为例，通过深入分析发 现该监狱警察职业生涯管理存在着发展路径不清晰、缺乏有效培训、薪酬激励 不足、管理水平落后等问题，提出了完善监狱人力资源分类制度、制定人力资 源教育培训体系、构建人力资源...; With the current international and domestic situations is complicated,the criminal phenomenon has being diversification and intelligence,which challenge prison work.
