英文摘要	人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求对我国公共文化服务体系提出了挑战，当前我国公共文化服务供给不管在总量上还是质量上都存在明显的不足。博物馆作为公共文化服务的重要机构之一，为人民群众提供了展览和教育等众多服务。然而，就目前来看，对于博物馆和公共文化服务的研究过于分化，都存在一定程度的不足，既缺乏对博物馆价值的深层次考量，又缺乏对公共文化服务的微观研究。针对这样的现状，本文尝试将博物馆放在公共管理学科背景下，以公共管理的学科知识体系对博物馆的分类及公共性特征进行深入分析。本文的研究意在解决这样的几个问题：其一，公共文化服务供给的主体分类及区别；其二，不同提供主体下公共文化服务的供给机制；其三，公共文化...; People's growing spiritual and cultural needs makes a challenge on our public cultural service system, the current public culture service in China shows its absence in quantity and quality.
