| 英文摘要 | 目前人口老龄化是中国社会人口结构变化的主要趋势，由此引发了诸多老年问题，其中虐待老人问题近来备受关注，何为虐待老人以及如何保护受虐老人也成了各方研究的焦点。 本文主要采用文献研究法，结合台湾政府的统计数据，分析台湾地区老年人受虐现象，探讨台湾保护受虐老人的政策、措施、服务，以及保护工作开展的情况。近年来，台湾老年人受虐案件量逐年上升。20世纪90年代起，台湾即开展了老人保护工作，至今已积累了将近20年的老人保护工作经验。为防止老人被虐待或遗弃，台湾的老人保护措施包括：设立老人主责保护机构，实行各部门业务分工，明确各单位职责，建立通报责任机制，设置老人保护通报专线，建立老人保护体系提供老人保护...; At present, aging of population is the main trend of China population structure.
