英文摘要	我国农村城镇化过程中，基本公共服务还存在许多问题。本文以我国农村城镇化过程中的基本公共服务问题为研究对象，通过对城镇化以及基本公共服务的基础理论的梳理分析，选取城镇化试点县陕西省XY县为实证调研地，以XY县在城镇化过程中对随迁儿童义务教育这一基本公共服务供给的政策及实践为基础，分析了随迁儿童义务教育的现状及存在的问题，并尝试给出了城镇化过程中强化基本公共服务的建议。 本研究力求立足学界对农村城镇化中基本公共服务问题研究不足的基础上，理论联系实际，考察分析农村城镇化过程中的基本公共服务问题。但同时由于资料的缺乏以及实践地点范围选择的狭窄，本研究还存在着理论分析不够系统，实践研究缺乏普遍性证实的...; In the process of urbanization, there are many basic public service problems.
