| 英文摘要 | “10+3”大东盟作为东亚区域合作最具活力的合作组织，是东亚合作的主渠道。它从1997年建立到现在的10多年间，取得了巨大的进步。政治上包括合作框架的建构、合作范围的扩大、合作目标的明确；经济上，积极推动自由贸易区建设，在特别领域如金融领域合作更有实质性的进展。但是同样存在着制约其更快速发展的障碍。究其原因，政治上，领导权错位、松散的合作机制导致协调问题能力不足；经济上，还处于建设自由贸易区的经济一体化起步阶段；文化上，主要依靠官方来推动文化合作，没有形成官民互动的文化产业链，对经济、政治的推动能力不足；安全上，领土领海、文物古迹的争端时有发生。本文通过对比欧盟的一体化经验，分析大东盟出现问题...; As the most vigorous cooperation organization of East Asia regional cooperation, the ASEAN under the frame of "10 + 3" is the main channel.
