| 英文摘要 | 红十字会是一个有150年历史的国际组织。中国红十字会是中国历史上最长的现代意义非营利组织，是我国唯一有专门法的非营利组织，且该组织自成立以来提供了大量的公共服务，如战时救护、备灾救灾、卫生医疗救护、健康卫生及急救知识培训、救助等，在公共服务提供的志愿途径中具有典型性。因此，研究红十字会公共服务提供状况具有重要意义。 我们知道，包括红十字会在内的许多非营利组织，为社会提供了很多公共服务，但是，事实是怎样的？提供的领域、方式、制约因素等具体的、深层次的问题还没有人来研究。本研究希望通过对红十字会，尤其是厦门市红十字会的深入研究，揭示其真实情况，探寻其中的成功经验和不足之处，力图运用公共管理理论（...; Red Cross is an international organization of 150-year history.
