| 英文摘要 | 随着城市化进程的推进，作为城市基层管理平台的社区不断从政府行政控制中脱离出来，成为沟通政府、联络居民、协调各类群体的公益代表，承担起辖区内居民日常生活的管家职能，社区公共服务供给也因此成为社区建设的重点内容。然而，对于社区公共服务范围、服务方式并没有有效的界定，供给模式过多依赖政府，社区资源没有得到有效的调动，社区系统内的治理网络没有形成，公共服务供给常常陷入资金、人力和管理瓶颈。鉴于此，本论文结合以往学者对社区公共服务供给的研究成果和我国新的社区管理模式试点经验，期望借助具体案例的启示，梳理我国社区公共服务供给的参与主体和社区内的社会资本与现有资源，构建一个基于服务、主体和网络的自组织模式，...; With the development of urbanization, communities which ever played the role of lower management platform broke away from the control of government and became the public welfare representative of communicating government, contracting residents and coordinating different kinds of benefits.
