英文摘要	伴随着我国社会工作人才队伍建设的步伐，社会工作者的角色开始被逐渐重视起来。但社工尚未得到社会大众的认可，获得社会认可的职业身份。同时，我国草根NGO也面临着缺乏专业人才，得不到社会认可，发展受阻的问题。社会工作与草根NGO均肩负了促进社会发展的使命，而二者又均缺乏社会认可。因此，笔者将在本文中研究社工角色在草根NGO中的建构过程，寻找二者合作共赢的途径和方法。 本文是从一名社会工作实习生的角度出发，关注和反思如何在草根NGO中建立起社会工作者的角色。因此，本文主要展现的是实习社工与草根NGO部门负责人以及服务对象之间的互动场景，通过分析在互动中展现出来的各方对于社会工作角色的认知，逐步呈现出...; With the pace of social work talent team construction in China , the roles of social workers begin to be gradually seriously rise.
