英文摘要	进入21世纪以来，中国社会管理面临的新挑战、新问题、新矛盾层出不穷。近年来，中央领导高度重视社会管理创新工作，社会管理创新被提升到事关我国长久发展大计的重要战略地位。社会管理创新需要从创新社会管理理念、知识、方法、技术方面入手，全方位、多角度地构建社会管理创新系统，推动社会管理创新朝着纵深方向发展。社区管理是社会管理的重要组成部分，社区志愿服务在维护基层秩序、推动社区发展方面发挥了重要作用。新形势下，社会管理创新对社区志愿服务提出了新的要求，社区志愿服务如何适应时代发展的需要，充分体现社会管理创新的内涵和要求，如何推动社会管理创新的深入发展，成为社会管理领域出现的新问题。 厦门大学学生团支书...; Since the beginning of the 21st century, Chinese social management has been facing new challenges, new problems and new contradictions.
