| 英文摘要 | 公共服务是服务型政府建设的核心问题，也是促进经济增长和社会发展的重大理论与实践问题。随着经济社会的发展，人民对公共服务的需求和质量要求的不断提高，只有尽快提高公共服务供给能力，才能满足社会公众的需求。为贯彻落实科学发展观，推进服务型政府建设，进一步完善公共服务职能，我们需要采取新的方法与手段。本文采取文献研究法、比较研究法以及归纳演绎法，从众多文献当中提炼出公共服务标准化的内容。首先总结了我国服务型政府建设进程，归纳了我国服务型政府建设不同阶段实践主题的特点以及内容，认为公共服务标准化是服务型政府的第四阶段，分析发展行政学视角中的服务型政府理论发展脉络，对比了我国服务型政府建设的实践与理论；然...; The public service is the core issue of the construction of the service-oriented government, but also the issue to promote economic growth and social development in theory and practice.
