| 英文摘要 | 媒体以其传递信息迅速快捷的特点，在国际交往中的重要性与日俱增。因此，通过媒体及其报道来研究国际关系成为国际政治研究的一个非常重要的视角。本文从媒体报道与外交政策和国家利益之间互动模式的理论出发，通过研究《人民日报》在海湾战争和伊拉克战争期间的报道，分析《人民日报》的报道与我国外交政策和国家利益的联系。 本文首先从理清媒体报道与外交活动之间的互动模式理论入手，明晰媒体对国际关系的发展和演进以及外交决策的影响和作用，认为外交活动为媒体的报道提供材料，外交政策影响着媒体报道的方法以及报道的性质和倾向性；而媒体则为外交决策收集信息，塑造公众舆论，并且起到对外宣传、塑造国家形象的作用。而后本文进一步...; Media transmits information rapidly and efficiently, it's getting more and more important in international communication.
