| 英文摘要 | “家庭暴力”由来已久，随着国际社会为“反家庭暴力”所作出的努力，政府应用公权力反家庭暴力的意向和行动越发积极，政府行为“反家庭暴力”的热潮也在世界范围内蔓延开来。目前，世界上已有四十多个国家和地区颁布了禁止家庭暴力的专门法律，并对家庭暴力理论与干预对策进行了广泛的研究。 “家庭暴力”是自20世纪90年代初，随着“公民权”知识的普及浪潮而进入了我国公民的视线。就我国“反家庭暴力”的趋势来看，社会对公共部门“反家庭暴力”的呼声越来越高，这就对我国政府“反家庭暴力”工作提出了严峻的要求。全国妇联、中央宣传部、最高人民检察院、公安部、民政部、司法部、卫生部等七部门于2008年7月31日联合发文：依法...; "Domestic Violence" has a long history.
