| 英文摘要 | 近年来，随着我国现代化进程的加快，大量流动人口携带妻儿涌入城市，流动儿童群体也逐渐扩大，他们大多居住在城郊的社区之中，如城市边缘地带的“村改居”社区。与城市社区相比，这些社区的基础建设并不完善，生活在其中的流动儿童群体所享受和可利用的资源是有限的。随着社区社会工作实践的深入，如何利用社区现有资源为社区流动儿童提供服务，并且通过这个过程，增强流动儿童群体的主动性，最终达到一种他们自己主动寻求资源的助人自助的服务状态，成为流动儿童服务的最终目的。因此，增强流动儿童的自主性成为服务能否持续的关键点。但是，根据笔者实习期间及众多学者的调查研究显示，社区流动儿童在参与社区活动之外，其自主性却往往被忽略。...; In recent years, with the speeding up of the modernization process, a large number of migrant children pour into big cities with their parents and expend gradually, they always living in the urban fringe areas.
