英文摘要	针对目前国内对于民营企业社会工作介入实务研究不足的现状，本研究以“人在情景中”作为理论视角，从民营企业自身系统出发，采用个案研究方法对社会工作介入民营企业的过程进行研究，从中发现民营企业社会工作介入的路径和方法，总结出社会工作者的角色定位，找出社会工作者与相关企业职能部门之间的区别。研究发现：（1）社会工作介入民营企业的过程中采用嵌入式的方式具有可行性。嵌入式的社会工作介入模式是通过企业内自上而下和自下而上相结合开展服务的过程中实现。具体而言，嵌入式的社会工作介入策略是通过社会工作主动嵌入到民营企业中，通过与企业职能部门合作，发挥企业职能部门的能动性以自上而下的方式开展服务的同时，关注民营企业...; At present, domestic studies on private enterprise social work intervening in practice is not in a large quantity.
