| 英文摘要 | 风险管理于上世纪后期从国外引入我国金融领域，经过30多年的发展已较成熟，而应用中医医疗管理中仍处在起步阶段。以针灸医疗风险管理为例，在国内尚属空白。本文通过引用风险管理理论和浙江省杭州市余杭区医院针灸临床实证，对目前我国日常临床工作中针灸毫针针刺四类直接、五种间接医疗风险进行了深入的分析，并由针灸学延伸提出中医学风险管理可持续发展建议。 本文分为五个部分。 第一部分：由针灸诊疗收费偏低引出针灸学毫针针刺在目前临床医疗服务中所存在的医疗风险，同时阐述了目前国内外主要学者、专家在医疗风险管理方面的观点和看法； 第二部分：介绍了风险理论、风险管理理论和医疗风险理论的相关情况； 第三部分：运用...; Risk management was introduced into China’s financial field from abroad in the late of last century, and it has been grown up maturely over 30 years.
