| 英文摘要 | 本文的数据资料来源于国家社科基金项目“女大学生就业问题研究”的专题问卷调查。文章以厦门大学、福州大学、福建闽江学院这三所能够基本反映福建省乃至全国本科院校结构特征的大学为例，将2012年已落实就业单位的应届女本科生作为分析对象，男本科生作为参照对比样本。在文献综述的基础上，我们建构了女大学生初次就业质量的测量指标体系，从就业现况、就业发展两大类客观侧面和女大学生个人的就业满意度这个主观层面来共同评价其初次就业质量。同时，从社会性别的理论视角出发，提出了一个包括个人背景、就业准备、家庭因素、社会支持等变量维度在内的女本科生初次就业质量解释框架。 根据调查所获得的资料，在对男女本科生初次就业质量...; The data source of this paper is the questionnaire investigation of project " Research on the female gratuates' employment ", which supported by the National Social Science Fund.
