| 英文摘要 | 本文通过对工读学校的教育介入策略和工读学生对这些介入策略的反馈的分析，探究工读学校教育介入策略存在的问题，并提出对策建议。 论文研究以X工读学校为例。笔者发现该校的教育介入策略的实施效果并不理想，学生会通过多样化的反抗策略表示对工读学校教育的抗拒。这些反抗行为隐含了学生对其生活系统改变的需求，然而工读学校忽视或者不能满足这一需求。对此，笔者建议在工读学校中引入学校社会工作。 本研究始于2011年末，地点在我国东南沿海某市X工读学校。在研究中，笔者主要使用了参与型观察、个案访谈等质性研究方法。; The aim of the thesis is to explore what flaws existed in the education process and to put forward new ideas to the education of reform school.
