| 英文摘要 | 目前对于妇联信访维权的研究主要关注土地承包、妇女外流、家庭暴力、妇女参政议政等方面，而对妇女在权益受损后维权的途径、困难等问题的深入研究较少。本文通过文献回顾、信访制度改革的回顾，尝试对汕头某区妇女到该区妇联信访情况进行分析，该区妇联信访呈现出农村妇女成为上访主要群体、妇女情感权益受挫成为上访重点、妇女经济权益受侵成为上访的热点等三个特点。当前，该区妇联信访存在着妇联信访维权缺乏相关法律保护、妇联信访维权工作人员不足、妇联信访维权工作尚未形成合力等问题，形成这些问题既有妇女本身原因，又有社会层面的原因，为此，应当完善矛盾纠纷预防化解机制、掌握信访工作的主动权，把问题解决在基层、加强基层妇女维权...; The research on women's petition rights focuses on land contract, women’s outflow, family violence, women's participation in politics and other aspects, but there exists a deficiency of intensive study in women’s ways as well as difficulty to maintain legal rights after their interests are damaged.
