| 英文摘要 | 随着中国社会经济的持续发展，中国的人口结构发生了很大变化，逐渐步入了老龄化社会。老年人的养老问题被抛到了风口浪尖，成为我国社会发展的重要热点议题之一。老年人的社会支持问题引起了社会各界的广泛关注。就目前来看，家庭养老对于老年人的支持功能不断弱化，机构养老和社区养老成为新型的养老方式。但社会养老机构数量不足且专业化有待提升，供不应求，而社区养老集合了机构养老和家庭养老的优势，将服务的结合点放在社区，具有较强的普适性。因此，如何科学地利用老年社会工作的专业理论和方法，在社区层面，帮助老年人构建一个切实有效、长期稳定的支持系统对于应对人口老龄化具有重要的理论和现实意义。 但已有的研究大多将老年人视...; With the sustained socio-economic development in China, the population structure of China has undergone great changes which gradually entered the aging society.
