| 英文摘要 | 随着我国人口老龄化问题日益严峻，养老机构成为承担社会养老功能的重要载体，但也面临着诸多发展困境。这使得如何摆脱困境，寻求新的生长空间成为养老机构无法回避的现实难题。居家养老服务模式的服务对象较广，对医护专业服务的需求较多，使其成为养老机构的重要服务拓展空间。居家养老服务对项目设计与运行、资源链接等方面的要求为社会工作提供了介入养老服务领域的平台。 目前，国内学者针对社会工作介入养老机构的研究主要在介入内容、问题及对策上。但是大部分研究对内容与问题的描述都较为笼统，提出的对策也因为过于空泛而难以具体指导实践。基于此，在嵌入理论的指导下，本文以社会工作尝试嵌入厦门市XH养老机构为个案对社会工作通...; With china’s population rapidly aging, endowment institutions now takes a lead role in undertaking this function, however, it faces many problems as well.
