英文摘要	一方面，随着资助工作的发展，资助社团作为丰富高校资助工作的延伸和拓展的载体，起着尤为重要的作用。另一方面，随着高校资助工作体制的创新和制度的改革，也为仍处于起步探索阶段的高校社会工作的发展提供契机。本文以笔者在参与X高校学生工作处下属的资助社团X高校学生公益会“公益会骨干培训”项目为例，借助个案研究的研究方法，尝试着以社会工作系统理论对在与该项目相关的利益相关方的需求进行分析，探索高校社会工作介入高校贫困生社团路径研究。; With the development of financial aid work, support community as an extension to enrich university funding and expanding of the carrier, plays a particularly important role.
