| 英文摘要 | 文化遗产是不可再生的传统文化资源，对整个人类社会、各民族国家或特定地区、族群都有其它文化无法替代的价值和意义，因此国际社会和各国政府一直高度重视对它的保护。但是，随着现代化进程的加速，人类活动对它的破坏日益加剧，由此对当前的保护制度形成了巨大的挑战。如何对其进行改革，构建出更加有效的治理机制，促进文化遗产保护，成为了一大亟待解决的问题。因此，本文将之选作了研究的主题。 本文以治理机制理论、机制设计理论、网络治理理论、可治理性理论和可信承诺理论为理论分析工具，将具有代表性的世界文化遗产地——丽江古城作为案例分析对象，综合使用文献研究、实证研究和比较研究的方法，对文化遗产保护治理机制及其建构进行...; Cultural heritage is non-renewable traditional cultural resources.
