| 英文摘要 | 当前，中国正处于政治经济改革的关键时期和攻坚阶段，民主政治是中国政治体制改革的重要目标，也是实现中华民族伟大复兴这一“中国梦”的必经阶段和重要内涵。而宪政是民主政治的题中之意。上世纪80年代后期以来，中国法学界开始关注宪政问题。 而美国堪称当代宪政的典范。我们探索符合中国特色的宪政之路，了解美国宪政历程与架构有助于我们在宪政之路上少走弯路。而基督新教是美国民族的精神源泉；世俗化了的新教是美国国家政治的基本依托。研究美国基督新教与美国宪政及其相互关系有助于我们了解美国文化和美国政治，也为我们处理国内的宗教问题提供参照，同时为建设我们自己的宪政，提供理论参考，积累思想资源。 本文力图从政治学的...; At present, China is in a critical period of political and economic reforms.
