| 英文摘要 | 二十一世纪的第一个十年，中国正处于工业化的中期阶段，在经济建设取得辉煌成就的同时也为之付出沉重的代价，其中包括环境质量下降、资源过度消耗，甚至是劳动者的生命与健康。福建作为中国东南沿海的外贸大省，同样面临工业化时代下的众多难题，严峻的职业病防治形势给政府监管带来巨大挑战。作为社会性监管的子领域，职业健康监管本质上是对社会公共利益做出的制度回应，它通过控制企业生产行为中的外部效应，减少劳资双方间的信息失衡，纠正劳动者对职业风险的错误偏好以实现对人类生存权利的维护，以及对生态价值的回归。本研究通过对2008-2012年福建省职业病新发病例数的分析，发现从2008年到2012年福建省新发职业病得到了...; During the first ten years in 21th century, China has moved into the midterm industrialization.
