| 英文摘要 | 府际关系是公共管理领域的一个永恒主题。随着近年来我国城市化水平的不断提高，城市与城市之间的集群化发展趋势越来越明显，同城化作为我国城市群、都市圈发展的一种特殊形式开始浮出水面。2005年，香港与深圳首次提出“同城化”的发展理念，随后太原与榆次、武汉与孝感、郑州与开封、沈阳与抚顺、合肥与淮南、广州与佛山等地都先后开展同城化建设。据不完全统计，目前国内有近20个城市组合正式提出实施“同城化”或“一体化”。同城化是一种新型的区域合作模式，它的出现也引出了一种新型的府际关系，即同城化府际关系。 本文以厦漳泉同城化为案例，以府际关系为视角，综合运用新制度主义理论、新区域主义理论等，深入剖析同城化府际关...; Intergovernmental relations is an eternal topic in public administration.
