| 英文摘要 | 伴随着我国快速的工业化和城镇化进程，越来越多的农业用地转化为非农用地，造成了大批农民成为失地失渔农民。农渔民失去了赖以生产和生活的耕地、水域和滩涂后，面临着就业、养老、医疗、最低生活保障等方面的困境，其权益保障问题日趋严峻，并由此引发了一系列拒征、上访、甚至流血冲突等群体事件。如何保障失地失渔农民的权益，已成为当前快速城镇化进程中亟待解决的重要课题。 本文以厦门市同安区为例，采用以调查研究为主的综合研究方法，对快速城镇化进程中失地失渔农民权益保障问题进行研究。首先，基于问卷调查数据，详细描述同安区失地失渔农民权益保障现状。然后，探讨了存在的主要问题，包括土地征用知情权、监督权受侵害；土地承包...; With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization process in our country, more and more agricultural land has turned into non-agricultural land, resulting in a large number of peasants becoming land-lost peasants and fishermen.
