| 英文摘要 | 随着人口老龄化的不断进展和家庭养老功能的不断弱化，养老产业、特别是作为社会化养老重要组成部分的民营养老机构业异军突起，扮演着越来越重要的社会角色，成为人口学研究尤其是人口与市场分析的一个研究领域。 本文从福利多元主义和市场转型的理论视角出发，主要通过对厦门市民营养老机构业的个案分析，重点分析了民营养老机构的入住率及其影响因素，并结合民营养老机构经营的外部环境及自身建设展开了SWOT分析,探讨了提高民营养老机构入住率、提高经营效益和社会效益的对策。 本文的基本结论是：民营养老机构的入住老人呈现出高龄化、失能化的发展趋势，入住原因主要包括个人原因、家庭原因及机构原因。厦门市养老机构的平均入住率...; With the growth of the aging population and the function of family endowment weakening, pension industry, especially the private pension agency which was as an important part of social pension system, playing a more and more important social role and becoming a research field of the demographic study and demographic market analysis.
