| 英文摘要 | 社区是一个微观的研究单元，从目前的实际情况来看，软法现象在社区大量存在，并且作为一种治理机制，在社区治理中扮演着重要的角色。随着公共治理模式的变革，软法理论研究逐渐兴起。可喜的是，软法理论也已经进入社区研究的领域，一些学者从软法的视角开始研究社区，并提出了许多真知灼见。但是也存在着对社区软法的具体运行、内在机理关注不够等问题。本文立足于软法理论，通过实证研究的方式，考察城市社区软法的内容、制定与实施。在此基础上，对城市社区软法的内容进行分类，阐述政府、居委会、居民在城市社区软法制定过程中的作用，并对城市社区软法的约束力进行评介。最后，笔者尝试性地运用组织社会学理论，分析城市社区软法机制运行中的...; Community is a micro research unit, from the current actual situation, the phenomenon of soft law exists in the community, and as a governance mechanism, it plays an important role in community governance.
