| 英文摘要 | 提单制度经过几个世纪的发展，已成为国际贸易中重要的流通工具，传统提单相关制度已经稳定下来，并在国际公约和各国法律制度中得到高度统一。提单制度的优点在于，提单的基本功能使得国际贸易买卖双方都能得到付款和提货保障，由此提单成为跟单信用证和海事贸易融资的抵押物。随着集装箱装卸技术的出现，航运速度进一步提高，大大缩短了航运周期，而传统提单流转速度并没有提高，因此大量货到单未到现象伴随出现，这一现象对传统提单制度提出了严峻挑战。随着EDI技术的发展和电子商务的发展，电子提单的概念应运而生。电子提单具有高效性的特点，因此得到学界和实践界的广泛关注。由于提单流通是提单制度最关键的一环，本文着重分析电子提单流...; After centuries of development, the bills of lading has become an vital tool in circulation of international trade .
