英文摘要	随着社会生产的发展，机械的广泛应用，工伤事故的发生也愈来愈多，伴随而来的是大量的工伤赔偿纠纷，影响社会的稳定。司法救济途径是解决工伤赔偿纠纷的最终途径,但是工伤赔偿纠纷从内容上看，涉及劳动争议、工伤事故认定和工伤人身损害赔偿；从性质上看，又分属民事争议和行政争议。面对多种法律关系和法律程序，如何化繁为简，整合司法资源？本文通过案例和数据，分析我国现有的工伤赔偿司法救济程序的现状和问题以及造成这种困境的原因,最后提出重构工伤赔偿司法救济程序的建议。除前言和结语外，全文共分四章：: 第一章主要研究我国工伤赔偿司法救济的程序困境。工伤赔偿是发生工伤事故后的救济和补偿，司法救济是保障受伤劳动者合法权...; With the development of social production and the extensive application of mechanical machine, there are more and more accidents.
