| 英文摘要 | 改革开放以来，我国离婚率不断上升，越来越多子女面临父母离异。离婚将使子女由双亲家庭进入单亲家庭，家庭结构发生改变，抚养方式、环境亦随之改变，子女受家庭照顾的程度降低，经济来源被满足的程度降低，对子女产生诸多不良影响。离婚时的子女抚养问题是解决离婚问题的关键，研究如何妥善解决离婚诉讼中子女抚养问题，尽量避免离婚给子女带来的利益减损或将此种减损减少到最小具有重要意义。本文以福建省某一基层法院近三年来的数据为样本，进行实证分析，研究当前法院处理诉讼离婚子女抚养存在的问题，再通过比较借鉴，对如何完善我国诉讼离婚子女抚养提出相关建议。 论文分四章，第一章概述诉讼离婚子女抚养实证研究的动因、目的及意义，...; Since the reform and opening up, China's divorce rate has been rising increasingly.
