| 英文摘要 | 回顾工业革命以来200多年的历史，随着社会经济的发展，地球环境日益恶化，人类赖以生存的大气环境遭到了严重破坏，大气污染越发严重，发生在英国伦敦的烟雾事件和美国洛杉矶的化学烟雾事件都是大气污染的典型事例。这些污染事件的发生使人们认识到大气环境关系到每个人的切身利益，所以大气污染防治应该得到所有人的重视。大气污染的发生与工业的发展有着密切的联系，所以一些工业发达城市的大气污染程度更高，很多工业发达的大城市的空气质量非常差，对当地居民的健康状况产生了严重的影响。中国的工业化起步比较晚，所以大气污染发生的也比较晚，20世纪70年代，中国的大城市空气质量还比较好。但是随着工业化的快速发展，中国的大气质量...; ABSTRACT Since the Industrial Revolution which began more than 200 years ago, with the development of society and economy, the earth’s environment has been deteriorating, the air on which people depend has been damaged seriously and the air pollution is getting worse.
