| 英文摘要 | 未成年人作为特殊弱势群体，其合法权益的保护受到社会各界的广泛关注。未成年人监护制度作为未成年人保护制度的核心，直接影响到未成年人的健康成长。父母离婚后的未成年子女监护制度是否健全直接决定了未成年子女能否得到妥善的抚养和照顾。随着时代的发展进步，离婚后未成年人监护的问题越来越繁杂，现行的未成年人监护制度已经不能满足未成年人保护的新需求。本文立足于我国未成年人监护制度基础，根据未成年人保护的实践需求，提出其不尽完善之处，通过比较借鉴两大法系国家的立法经验，结合我国现实国情，提出完善离婚后未成年子女监护制度的有关建议。全文分为四部分：一是对我国离婚后未成年子女监护制度进行梳理分析，主要以监护人设立、...; The minor is a special vulnerable group.
