| 英文摘要 | 本文选取厦门市郊区甲村及乙村A村民小组所制定的征地补偿款分配方案为研究样本，通过对所选甲村样本的实证分析，探寻“外嫁女”在征地补偿权益分配过程中权益被侵害之现状，分析“外嫁女”权益被侵害之原因，然后从“私力救济”和“公力救济”两种权利救济路径呈现当前“外嫁女”权益保护之困难。之后，本文通过对乙村A村民小组样本分析，探究该村“外嫁女”权益保护之变及原因。最后，通过前述实证及理论分析，得出保护“外嫁女”权益，应该加强对集体经济组织成员资格界定问题的探索、规范乡、镇政府对村民委员会的指导工作、发挥司法能动作用、协调制定法与习惯之间的关系、引导村民依法自治。 按上述行文思路，本文共分为五个部分： ...; The essay studies the distribution plans of proceeds from land requisition compensation in two cases: Village A and Group 1 of Village B, both in suburb Xiamen.
