| 英文摘要 | 过失相抵制度是现今各国民法上的重要制度，我国民法对该制度也有所规定，但多较为原则性，导致在司法实践中对该制度的适用产生一些争议问题。本文选取过失相抵制度的特殊主体为视角，对未成年人受侵害时的过失相抵问题试做探讨，以求为相关领域的立法和司法实务提供参考。 文章第一部分从过失相抵制度的概念和内涵入手，对该制度进行分析，以求从宏观上把握该制度。另外，本文介绍并梳理了各国立法上的过失相抵制度，为下文我国过失相抵制度的分析提供比较法上的依据，也更加准确地把握了过失相抵制度的外延。最后提出当未成年人受侵害时适用过失相抵制度存在的问题，为后文的展开做铺垫。 第二、三章分别讨论了未成年人受侵害时的过失相抵...; Contributory negligence is an important rule in the current civil laws of many countries.
