英文摘要	我国《保险法》没有对保险代位求偿权诉讼时效作出明确规定，相关法律和司法解释中涉及到保险代位求偿权诉讼时效的规定存在一定的矛盾和冲突，由此导致司法实践中对保险代位求偿权诉讼时效的具体适用存在诸多争议，极大影响了保险代位求偿权制度立法目的的实现。为此，有必要对保险代位求偿权诉讼时效相关问题进行探讨，并在法律上作出明确规定。 本文分为引言、正文、结论三个部分，其中核心部分的正文分为四章： 第一章保险代位求偿权诉讼时效概述。通过探讨保险代位求偿权法理基础，据此分析保险代位求偿权的诉讼时效，奠定全文的理论基调。 第二章保险代位求偿权诉讼时效相关争议问题评析。通过对相关争议问题进行评析，提出本文的观...; There is no clear provisions on the limitations of insurance subrogation right in Insurance Law of the PRC.
