英文摘要	政府采购救济程序是在政府采购活动中政府采购当事人为了维护自己的合法权益而进行救济的一系列程序。我国在加入世界贸易组织时就承诺加入《政府采购协议》（AgreementonGovernmentProcurement，以下简称GPA），但是我国对于政府采购救济程序的规定与GPA相比还有一定的差距，因此完善我国的政府采购救济程序，有利于实现我国政府采购救济程序与GPA的接轨，加快我国成为GPA参加方的步伐。 本文以GPA为视角，首先对于有关GPA以及我国加入GPA谈判进展的知识进行梳理，并在此基础上介绍了GPA有关政府采购救济程序的安排。其次，介绍了我国政府采购救济程序的立法现状，本文主要以《政府采...; The remedial procedure of government procurement is a series of procedure of remedies in order to protect the parties of government procurement during government procurement activity.
