| 英文摘要 | 2008年实施的《禁毒法》，把我国禁毒工作上升为国家法律层面，明确将强制隔离戒毒规定为国家的重要戒毒措施之一，与自愿戒毒、社区戒毒、社区康复等多种措施融合在一起，形成了具有中国特色的戒毒工作体系。笔者长期从事于强制隔离戒毒工作，对强制隔离戒毒制度的实际运行状况相对比较了解。在戒毒工作中，笔者发现作为强制隔离戒毒场所最重要、最具普适性的执法行为——强制隔离戒毒诊断评估还有很多需要完善之处，甚至有些诊断评估实务操作与《禁毒法》法律精神还有脱节的地方。通过搜集和整理文献又发现，有关此课题研究很少，鉴于此情况，笔者查阅了一些基础资料，参照法律法规及有关规定，结合日常工作中戒毒诊断评估实务，总结和分析强...; Anti-Drug Law of the People's Republic of China of 2008 put the drug control work in China into the scope of adjustment of national laws.
