| 英文摘要 | 随着我国社会经济不断地发展，人民生活水平日益提高，汽车作为重要的交通工具迅速进入普通家庭的生活。人们在享受汽车带来便利的同时，也越来越关注不当驾驶给公众带来的风险。2011年，危险驾驶罪作为《中华人民共和国刑法修正案（八）》（以下简称《刑法修正案（八）》的新增罪名正式进入刑事审判的视野。 醉驾型危险驾驶是危险驾驶罪的重要类型，其量刑工作一直广受诟病。如何实现该罪的量刑均衡是法院面临的普遍性问题。本文通过对厦门市2011年5月1日至2014年4月20日期间的醉驾型危险驾驶案件进行梳理、研究，考察醉驾型危险驾驶案件的量刑特点，并试图引入规范化的量刑模式，以期实现量刑均衡。 本文除引言及结语外，...; Along with the development of our country’s economy and people’s living standards rising, cars come into our ordinary life quickly as an important traffic tool.
