英文摘要	复权制度是刑罚消灭制度的一部分，是一种消除附加刑和其他有罪判决后果的措施。由于我国现行刑法中的资格刑缺乏相关保障措施，为了使受刑人能更好地回归社会，消除刑罚执行中的剩余，复权制度就进入了我们的视野。本文以前辈积累的研究成果为基础，结合我国的法制实际，对复权制度的渊源、理论基础、要件等问题做了一番考察，并提出了笔者的一些浅薄意见，希望能够为复权制度的研究、为我国的相关立法尽一份绵薄之力。; Rehabilitation is a part of Punishment Annihilation System, is a measure which eliminate additional punishment and other guilty verdict.
