| 英文摘要 | 民族自决原则起源于欧洲启蒙时期的自然法思想，并经过长时期的历史发展逐渐形成重要的国际法原则之一。然而在此过程中，民族自决原则的概念内涵与适用范围都发生了巨大改变，伴随国际局势的不断变化，逐渐出现对于民族自决原则滥用的现象。而科索沃地区问题便是其中最为典型的事件。因此本文正是基于对于民族自决原则发展历史的梳理，介绍了当今民族自决原则相关的国际法文件，通过对于国内外学者对于民族自决原则内涵的总结，阐述了自己对于民族自决原则内涵的理解。在分析“民族”的界定标准的基础上，探讨了民族自决的使用条件。通过应用上述总结标准，分析科索沃问题与民族自决原则之间的关系，并对我国相关问题提出自己的见解与意见。本文共...; The principal of National Self-Determination (NSD) originated from the Nature Law in the European Enlightenment period.
