| 英文摘要 | 真实是新闻的生命，坚持新闻的真实性原则是任何一家媒体、每一个新闻工作者都必须坚守的职业底线。由于新闻工作的特殊规律，新闻呈现的事实与真正的事实真相是有差距的。目前，我国的法律法规对新闻真实的认定标准并不明确。司法诉讼中，传统法官往往未多加考虑新闻工作的特殊性，把新闻侵权纠纷等同于普通民事侵权纠纷，要求媒体必须证明新闻报道属实，甚至要求达到客观真实的证明标准，否则就判决媒体承担举证不能的败诉责任，从而对媒体表达言论自由权和实现民众的知情权的作用产生一定的负面影响，对媒体舆论监督的热情也产生一定的抑制后果。尊重新闻规律，采取“基本属实”和“媒体与记者确信真实”原则，适当降低对新闻真实的证据认定标准...; News authenticity is the essence of news.
