| 英文摘要 | 海洋渔业资源的养护与管理历来是国际海洋法的重点议题之一，而如何在争议海域进行多国间的海洋渔业合作无疑更具研究价值。南（中国）海是世界上政治敏感度最高，也是形势最为复杂的海域之一，任何形式的区域合作都因领土主权争端的影响而步履维艰，但长期的过度捕捞加之南（中国）海较为封闭的地理环境，海洋渔业资源衰退明显，区域合作刻不容缓。 本文首先从南（中国）海海洋渔业资源亟待保护的现实出发，立足于区域内各方在迥异的政治、经济、文化、历史状况下已经建立的信任机制，并结合争议水域共同开发的国际实践，明确了建立南（中国）海海洋渔业区域合作制度的现实必要性和可行性。 随后，立足现实，本文深入剖析了建立海洋渔业区域...; The conservation and management of the marine fishery resources is one of the most important issues in the area of International Law of The Sea.
